Educate our children to win the economic race. Education makes less than genius about this taught. We need to prepare.

We should realize that authority is not the truth. Truth can be only authority.

Education is a way of spending our perception. It is like a platform where every human being is a seeker. We should always try to understand.

Skills development gives you clarity and confidence.

Today we have a problem. We use intellect only to protect ourselves. We think only to survive and for economic benefit.

As Dewey had said, “Education is not a preparation of life. It is life itself.” But it becomes clear when we learn about skills development. When we learn something new, it’s such a joy.

Then why is schooling such a pain for children? We teach our kids without skills. So how can we develop skills in our kids?

Many people do not give importance to skills. They do not provide counselling6 to children for it. We should know how skills groom our personality.

Skills development has some benefits:

1. Children become confident when they learn skills

2. They become independent learners

3. They can tell us their creative skills

4. They learn to look critically at information

We do not realize the importance of time. Many people make plans for the future without doing anything. Thinking is not enough for success.

Skills help us plan our time properly. Skills make us practical so that we can do more than think. Skills make us act!

Make skills development an essential part of Education. To do that, focus on a few skills. Then model these skills. After that, help students practice these skills, one by one.

Be patient and allow students to make mistakes.
